Interval 01: Parallel Infinities , The Inner Universe

Favorite track: Extinction: Swarming The Sun.

il-kor Wow, I never imagined, that Death Metal could transport epic stories in such a way. I'm just stunned by this epic piece of work and I'm looking forward to the other episodes. Favorite track: Extinction: Swarming The Sun.

Metallurgical Fire There’s more to one album from this band than there is to some bands’ whole discographies. And I mean prog bands. Favorite track: Resist: Fall Into The Arms Of The Sun.

about

INTERVAL 01 is Lascaille's Shroud debut album, and the first part in a concept album about the destruction of Earth and a single persons fight to preserve life against an onslaught of extra-universal machines. Heavily and quite obviously inspired by Mass Effect, the story is also less obviously but just as influenced by Alastair Reynolds' "Revelation Space" trilogy.
